An adorable Sweet Treat Party banner, says "Happy Birthday". This banner can be done to say anything you want, just message us. We used bright colors to match our other Sweet Treat pieces. Fun squares in bright colors are the back ground for letters done in different colors and we set the letters on puffy tape to make them really pop. We used curling ribbon to attach the pieces together. On the ends, we added strawberry and chocolate ice cream cones. There's a touch of glitter for some fun sparkle too.
Each square measures 3 1/2", and each ice cream is 4" tall.
